🏢 13 hours during open store hours (must be in office)
🔄 7 additional hours are flexible

Kings Media & Merch is looking for a dependable, organized, and proactive Part-Time Operations Coordinator to help keep our orders, communication, and day-to-day workflow running smoothly.

This role is ideal for someone who likes keeping things on track, communicating with people, and making sure details do not fall through the cracks. You will help support customer projects from order intake through production and follow-up.

📋 Duties Include:

• Receiving and organizing incoming orders
• Tracking projects from design to production to completion
• Communicating with customers about timelines, updates, and next steps
• Creating invoices and helping track payments
• Keeping order details, notes, and job records accurate and organized
• Coordinating with the production manager to keep jobs moving efficiently
• Participating in in-person meetings with clients, the production manager, and the CFO as needed
• Helping identify small workflow improvements to keep operations running smoothly
